Return and Refund Policy
Business Policy – RHM CPR+First Aid
At Royal Hearts & Mind CPR+First Aid, we are committed to providing high-quality Basic Life Support (BLS) training in accordance with current industry standards and guidelines. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all participants, we have established the following policies:
1. Registration & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat in the course.
• Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may close once the class reaches capacity.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed classes, cancellations, or failure to complete the course.
• This policy applies to all training sessions, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Rescheduling Policy
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may reschedule once at no additional charge, provided:
• You notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class.
• Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or denial, depending on availability.
• Rescheduled classes must be attended within 14 days of the original class date.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted and will be considered a no-show.
• No-shows forfeit their registration and are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
5. Children are permitted in your scheduled class upon approval. Please text or call so we can properly accommodate your family’s needs.
6. Certification Requirements
• Participants must attend the full class and demonstrate competency in all required skills to receive certification.
• Certification is issued through American Heart Association and is valid for 2 years.
7. Code of Conduct
• Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the class without refund.
